The Indian politics unlike any across the globe has its own unique way of presenting yourself. The movie forces you to hold on to your seat for you may never know when does the protagonist choose to present itself in his unique avatar.

Before this recent event, whenever people talked about JNU the only thing that popped in our minds was an ocean of knowledge which has been carrying this country together. For me JNU was like a projection of my high school Hindi teacher who made me realise language is not something to be trifled with so easily. JNU for us was like whoa people are so filled with knowledge and then suddenly the childhood nostalgia faces a setback after so-called “doctored videos”.

It is not my objective to implicate anyone but if you are a part an institution where the Government is bearing your cost to turn you into a responsible citizen, it’s better to work with the law rather than choosing the travails of sedition. We live in a country when plenty don’t even get the opportunity to avail these delicacies because of environmental factors and here you are standing amidst your friend mocking Government, mocking the people, and making a fool of yourself, of course, there we cannot comment.

The most dubious rather an invigorating player of this movie is the All Indian Media, who have mastered the skill of rolling the dice to select the protagonist. I often wonder that if we are so much emotionally vulnerable why hasn’t our peaceful neighbour invented equipment to charm our emotions, for they are more worried about our current whereabouts.

So, let’s not resort to making a hero out of a sedition-ist until he is acquitted. I wonder how easy it is today to get a cheap publicity and no wonder if we choose to create a memorial out of him, probably a park naming he is who, who has enlightened us on the path to be a “hero”, with a list of contents but without any context.

Thank You!
